The Story
Unique Consulting wasn't started in a boardroom. It emerged from years of working inside businesses — seeing the same patterns repeat: operations that should be automated still done by hand, AI discussed in meetings but never implemented, and consultants who could talk strategy but couldn't write the code to make it real.
I built Unique Consulting to be the kind of partner I wished existed when I was leading operations and technical teams. Someone who could both advise and implement. Someone who understood that automation without business context creates problems, not solutions.
Today, we help businesses navigate the transition from manual operations to intelligent systems — not by chasing hype, but by focusing on practical applications that deliver measurable value.
